Listen to Episode

What if imposter syndrome is just a set of good questions? Ana Larrea-Albert, founder of the Institute for Leadership and Culture, creator of the Confident Leader Lab, MBA leadership professor at Florida Atlantic University and author of The Confident Leader, joins host Henry Clavo to explain how high-performing professionals move from self-doubt to authentic, values-driven leadership.

Ana shares her journey from Ecuador to Harvard Kennedy School to a VP role at 35, the three building blocks of confidence from her book, what neuroscience says about self-doubt, why perfectionism is the most common blind spot among high performers, and how to redefine success so failure becomes data.
